Control Panel accounts
How do I create a Control Panel account?
Users must be invited to your company’s KWS Control Panel by a member of your team who has the Company Admin role. The new user then receives an email with an link to a page where they can create an account. See Invite colleagues to your Control Panel.
How do I change my Control Panel password?
Log into your KWS Control Panel. On the main menu, click My Profile. Your profile page appears, where you can reset your password.
App user accounts
How can I find a specific app user’s account?
The Control Panel’s Users tab enables you to search for an app user by KWS user ID.
Why can’t I see the ‘Users’ section in the Control Panel?
To access the Users option on the main menu, you need to have a user role that allows it. Contact your company’s KWS administrator to make sure you have the correct roles and permissions.

In the My Apps area of your KWS Control Panel, you can see a list of the apps you’ve been granted permission to.

Why can’t I see the ‘KWS Modules’ area on the navigation menu?
The KWS Modules tab is required to create global webhooks. This tab is currently unavailable in the latest version of the KWS Control Panel, so to access it you need to open the previous version of KWS.
To do this, edit your Control Panel URL like this:

In addition, you need Company Admin or Admin rights to see the KWS Modules tab. Contact your KWS instance administrator to make sure you have the correct roles and permissions.

Where can I find my app’s integration details?
Log in to your KWS Control Panel and select the required app. Then select Integration from the main submenu:

Payment card verification
Where does the money collected during payment card verification go?
Parents based in the USA – Payment card charges are used to cover the costs of credit card verification where necessary. The remainder is sent to the SuperAwesome’s Kid-Safe Fund, which invests in charities involved in protecting children around the world.
Parents based outside the USA – Charges are refunded in full within 7 days.
