How can I delete an existing event?

Time needed: 5 minutes.

To delete an event, follow these steps (while logged into your KWS Control Panel):

  1. Access the list of your apps by clicking on My Apps in the top navigation menu.

  2. Click on the app you want to delete an event for.

  3. Select Loyalty in the top navigation menu.

  4. In the list of the events, click on the additional option icon on the right-hand side of each event row.

  5. Select delete.

Be aware that deleting an event might affect the user experience of your app as KWS will return an error when trying to trigger the event from the KWS SDK.
