How can I get KWS support?

If you have a question or are experiencing technical issues with KWS there are a number of ways to get the help you need:

Make sure you have followed all the steps outlined in the KWS Guides (and the relevant SDK documentation)
Search through the frequently asked questions – you may find a quick answer there
Raise an Issue
There are a number of ways to do so:
KWS Support Portal: Raise a support ticket directly and monitor its progress
Slack: If you have an ongoing implementation – we will have set up a dedicated slack channel to provide you support. Feel free to post your issue there

Contact your Implementation Manager directly: feel free to reach out to your implementation manager directly via email or phone
