Why can’t I see some apps on the ‘My Apps’ list?

In the ‘My Apps’ area within your KWS Control Panel, you can see a list of the apps you’ve been granted permission to.

If  you are sure that your organisation has apps that you ought to have access to; contact your KWS instance administrator to make sure that you have the correct access rights.
